At BASE, ICT chooses a smart follower strategy. Being the smartest one means deploying
technological evolutions at the right moment, resulting in optimal cost-efficiency. ICT works
closely with other departments, so we build bridges over several functions and departments.
Hence, we are looking for open and communicative people, people with cross-functional
responsibilities, people who can play an interfacing role.

As a small team we don't run everything on our own. Still, we want to expand our internal
expertise. ICT people who really hang on to a project can bring that to us. Perhaps even in
other countries, because ICT is moving closer to our international sister companies nowadays.
